I specialise in working with Relationships, believing the more we understand our relationship with ourselves, the more we can learn & grow to build healthier relationships with others. Human Beings relate to each other constantly, babies need relationships with secure adults for their survival. 

My approach provides the warmth, energy & professionalism to support you in understanding your relationship with yourself, your relationships with others, whether platonic or sexually intimate, & your relationship with the world in which we all share our existence.

Our thoughts, behaviours, environment, embodied reactions, our sexuality, gender, identity, ethnicity, culture, religion, spirituality & the society we live in, affect our ability to live & survive. 

I support Adult clients to gain deeper understanding on their life stories, how they have adapted to their environments since childhood, so exploring & understanding present difficulties. We work together in understanding depression, anxiety, suicidal thoughts, self-harming, low self-esteem, etc.

 I support Relationships which includes: working with Couples, Sex & Intimacy concerns, Estrangement &/or conflict within the client's family dynamic, whether between Adult & Parent or between siblings.

My work with Couples & Intimate Relationships supports Monogamy, Open-Monogamy/ENM & Polyamory

My experience working within a Senior school counselling service has provided invaluable insight to support Teenagers in their relationship to themselves, which helps them in their relationships with their peers, teachers, parents, carers.

My clients & I work together for as long as they wish, building our therapeutic relationship to find their answers within themselves for greater self compassion & self-acceptance, 

I am a Registered Member of BACP following their strict Ethical Codes of Practice.
